Michael was very helpful from the first time we spoke to him and continually gave us advice that was impartial and clear without any pressure to take any of the options on offer. I felt that he genuinely cared about listening to our requirements and ensuring we got the best advice regardless of whether that benefited him and his company or not which made us feel much more comfortable in a stressful situation. Once we had agreed on a product he was very helpful in getting this organised and keeping us updated on the progress. Also the follow up from Seonaid on the life assurance cover was very good and again done without pressuring us in to a decision but understood what we required and provided suitable options. I would also add that I found both Michael and Seonaid to be incredibly personable and every chat we had was done in a friendly and professional manner. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who was looking for similar services
