Role
- You’ll have our clients at the heart of all you do, make their mortgage and protection journey stress free.
- You’ll be using your excellent interpersonal skills and be responsible for proactively communicating with our clients in person, verbally and by email throughout.
- You’ll be communicating with mortgage lenders and insurers ensuring efficient delivery of a mortgage offer/protection terms.
- You’ll have a ‘can do’ approach, be highly organised and be able to use your own initiative.
- You’ll be able to prioritise your workload and work to tight deadlines ensuring the very best outcome for our clients.
- You’ll be responsible for the accurate data input to our database and support our mortgage and protection team in delivering the best service, scheduling appointments and providing administrative support to them.
