Gail was fantastic, explaining everything clearly and slowly so we could take it all in. Our request was unusual to say the least but she managed to source a mortgage provider and get approval very quickly. The rest of her team were also very helpful. The whole process has been very smooth and I can’t praise Gail and her team enough.
