As a first-time buyer this has been a totally new experience for me. I cannot believe how easy going it’s been working with Laura and the rest of the team at Gail Reid. Everything has been explained in full and in a way that made sense to me. I haven’t felt pushed one way or the other and have always been presented clear options with all pros and cons highlighted.
