Laura was amazing from the get go, very knowledgeable, but able to relay the sometimes complex information to me in a way I could fully understand. She returned calls and emails promptly, and was able to fit me in sometimes at short notice. The admin team were also prompt at passing on info and emailing quotes etc. All together, a fabulous team who I’d highly recommend.
