Hannah started with us as a Protection Administrator, but her role soon evolved into Case Manager. She handles both mortgage and protection admin which ensures clients have a single point of contact throughout the process, making their journey smooth and straightforward.

Hannah spends her days speaking to a variety of people; arranging appointments, providing updates on mortgage progress, assisting with post-offer queries and checking in with lenders and insurance providers for updates.

Nicola first joined Gail Reid Mortgage Services in July 2022, after spending 20 years with a single lender. Three years on, Nicola’s role has evolved significantly and she has developed a wider understanding of the market, enabling her to research and compare a wide range of lenders to find the best solutions for our clients.

A typical day for Nicola involves speaking with clients to understand their individual circumstances and requirements, then conducting thorough research to find the most suitable mortgage solution to meet their needs.

“Being able to play a part in turning our clients’ home-buying dream into reality is incredibly rewarding. I am particularly passionate about helping those who may find the mortgage process daunting or challenging, guiding them every step of the way to ensure they feel supported.” 

Gail has been a mortgage broker for more than 20 years.

Laura started in financial services in 2002 as a Mortgage Case Manager and progressed with her qualifications, becoming a Mortgage Broker in 2016.

She deals primarily with movers and new build purchases and works hard to ensure that no stone is left unturned.

Danielle started her career in financial services in 2013 with a well-known bank where she completed her mortgage qualifications. She joined us in October 2019 as a Remortgage Adviser. She looks after our existing clients and any new clients coming to the end of their ‘deal’.

Every month she helps lots of people save money on their mortgage payments, reduce their mortgage term, raise extra money for home improvements, assist with debt consolidation and more.

“I enjoy getting to know people, and every client is different which makes the job really interesting.”

Seonaid started in financial services in 2012 and joined Gail Reid Mortgage Services in 2019. Since then, she has completed her training to become our Mortgage Protection Adviser. She speaks to every client completing a mortgage with us to ensure they know their home, family and income is protected should the worst happen.

Shona started in financial services in 2007, but left to pursue a career in the oil and gas industry and latterly private transport services. She started with us in May 2019 as a Mortgage Case Manager and since then has finalised her mortgage qualifications and become Branch Manager at our Inverurie office.
